Kahmal Roy
President, Chairman and Co-Founder of PST ASAP, Kahmal is a former NCAA All-American Football Player, pro athlete, and currently the Running Backs coach for the LIU Sharks. He transitioned from setting records to shaping futures. At PST ASAP, Kahmal blends athletic training with life skills, fostering well-rounded development in young athletes. His goals is to enhance an athlete’s foundation of speed, agility, strength and conditioning while mentoring future leaders.
